It's onwards and upwards for this Royal Conservatoire of Scotland graduate, who despite only leaving the prestigious performing arts establishment in 2014, has several TV and theatre credits to his name - not to mention a Best Actor nomination (for The Static) at The Stage Awards in 2012.
Already a regular face at The National Theatre of Scotland, expect to see this rising British star becoming better known for his work on the small screen, with an appearance in BBC2's The Last Kingdom, and a starring role, alongside Michael Gambon, in BBC1's anticipated take on JK Rowling's The Casual Vacancy.
